NTU-H3 Taught Module 2027 Application
Dear Student Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in applying for NTU-H3 Taught Module - Semiconductor Physics & Devices.

To be considered for a place in NTU-H3 Semiconductor Physics & Devices, the prerequisite subject that you must be taking is H2 Physics.

Other than having an outstanding aptitude in your academic subjects, taking the NTU-H3 Semiconductor Physics & Devices requires you to have a high level of commitment, as you need to travel to NTU and/or the Host Centre (Hwa Chong Institution) for your lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions after your usual curriculum time in school.

All lessons are compulsory and you are expected to be present for all lessons unless you have a valid reason (e.g. medical leave, compassionate leave, participation in competitions, etc.) and have been granted leave of absence by NTU through your H3 School Coordinator. CCA practices, school events, supplementary and remedial lessons are not valid reasons to request for a leave of absence.

1. This form may take you 5 minutes to complete.
2. Ensure that all fields are filled in accurately. An incomplete form will render your application invalid.
3. You must agree to the declaration and click the 'Submit' button at the end of the form for your application to be processed. 
4. Your application will be subject to endorsement from your H3 School Coordinator. 
5. Application that is endorsed will be routed to the Module Lecturers for their selection.
6. Application outcome will be released through your H3 School Coordinator on 18 November 2026.
